Overview

The MWSL Live Event Production team has been providing turnkey production solutions for the Excavation Safety Summit since 2014. This event has grown and changed significantly over the last 5 years. Our Live Event Production Team works closely with the Common Ground staff each year so we can make the necessary changes to the system to accommodate each portion of the program.

Project Details

  • Events in non-typical spaces require unique solutions and extra planning.
  • Many presenters were on stage throughout the day.
  • Each presenter had their own requirements for their presentation.
  • Flexibility was built into the system to accommodate last minute changes to the schedule and presentations.
  • The day prior to the show was dedicated to setup and testing/rehearsal.
